Frankie was born and raised in the Walla Walla Valley and has called the Tri-Cities home for over 20 years. A devoted husband of 12 years and father of four, family is at the center of everything he does.

Frankie began his career in construction right out of high school in 2004, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the building industry. He later earned his CDL in 2015 and delivered building materials for new construction projects, developing a strong understanding of how homes are built from the ground up. His passion for the building process naturally led him into home inspections.

As a bilingual inspector, Frankie is proud to serve both English- and Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring clear communication and confidence throughout the inspection process. He is known for his loyalty, reliability, and strong work ethic. Frankie approaches every inspection with the mindset of protecting families and helping them make informed decisions about one of their largest investments. His construction background provides practical insight, and his dedication to serving others makes clients feel supported every step of the way.

Outside of work, Frankie enjoys remodeling projects, helping friends and family with home improvements, walking trails with his kids, and Sunday morning cruises.
